Short-Term Running Goals:

I think if I stay healthy and consistent in early 2019, I will finally be able to put up some solid times and finally get on the BYU team for good. I'm not sure if I'll be best at the 1500, 5K, or 10K, but whatever one of those I run I want to qualify for NCAA regionals. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to continue running as long as possible. I don't feel a need to run marathons; I would rather simply be able to run 5Ks and 10Ks for much of my adult life and at least get in a few miles until I'm pretty old.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I served a mission in Rome, Italy from 2015 to 2017. I like chocolate shakes.

Ran up in the mountains which made it a little harder, and then I never really settled down. Oops. 65 minutes.

Good run. I didn't sleep super well last night (someone accidentally turned on the heat haha) and I played ultimate frisbee yesterday (in my church clothes! Long story) so it was nice that I was able to run without problems. 70 minutes.

12.9 miles. 6:12s on the way out, 5:25s on the way back. Should be noted that my first couple miles were pretty slow as I warmed up, maybe like 7:20 pace. Pretty soon after that I dropped it down quite severely to six minute pace or faster. 5:49s overall.
